Greek deliciousness!!!

This is my breakfast (i had a boiled egg as well on the side). Its plain unsweetened greek yogurt, strawberries, almonds, cinnamon, and some whey protein powder. Stir and enjoy!

So im getting ready for a photoshoot...its a shoot in a fitness gym where i will be in workout gear (sports bra, spandex shorts, sweaty, fighting gloves, etc)...im lowering my carbs this week to reduce the bloatingness in my stomach. I never let myself get more than 2 weeks "unready" for a shoot. In other words, i like to keep my body in tip top shape all year round! Just a few minor adjustments to my diet 1-2 weeks before a shoot!

After school meal already made!

I love premaking my meals so I can just come home from school in pop this in the microwave. It's tilapia, brown rice, and broccoli cooked in olive oil, red pepper flakes, lemon juice, .. it tastes so good.

Make it a priority

Just because i have school doesnt mean i cant somehow get in my proper macros in for the day! Plan ur meals and how u can get them! This is mine in physics class:) whey shake with peanutbutter banana ricecakes. Mmmm

New underarmour pants

So my mom surprised me with these pants yesterday morning. I love them! Thy r under armour...so really stretch and comfy and purple zebra!! Woohoo:)

Perfecting my Protein pancake

Haha i eat this everyday and it comes out better and better each time! ;)

This was just a side dish to my post workout meal. I had chicken and broccoli too:)

I workout in my basement everyday except every sunday my mom and i go to planet fitness to workout. I do intervals on the treadmill and then i workout my back and stretch

Fishy:)

Tilapia cooked on a skillet in water, garlic, and lemon juice. Broccoli cooked in garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, water, and salt. And a sweet potatoe:) i also sprayed fat free spray butter on after! I threw in some scallops with the tilapia too:)

Oats and Egg Whites Pancake

Instead of my usual paleo pancake made from banana and whole eggs, today i made my pancake from 5 egg whites and 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats. I blended that with truvia, cinnamon and vanillia extract. Then i cooked it on medium heat on a skillet. I put the usual toppings on (only slightly different): Melted peanut butter (happy national peanut butter lovers day btw:)!!), strawberries, bananas, fiber cereal, sliced almonds, sugar free maple syrup, and a tbsp light whipped cream!



Rice Cake 😍

Rice cakes are great when you are trying to cut out bread! I dont cut my bread out, but i still love rice cakes!!

I topped mine with peanut butter, sugar free maple syrup and fat free spray butter!

Quinoa, chicken breast, broccoli:)

Quinoa cooked in chicken broth, broccoli in garlic and oliveoil and red pepper flakes, and baked chicken breast with salsa! :)

PB Banana Heaven

Whole wheat bread with peanut butter and sliced banana and sugar free maple syrup:). I toast it so the peanut butter gets all melty! Then i dip it in unsweetened almond milk:)

Rest Is Needed!

I have been doing a lot more resistance lately, hoping to gain more curves! Ive been eating a lot of protein and health fats and complex carbs!







Greek Yogurt Breakfast

I love breakfast! Its my favorite meal of the day! Anyway, greek yogurt is a great source of protein and tastes great with fruit and almonds:)

I mixed greek yogurt with cinnamon, a bit of almond milk, truvia, pure vanilla extract, and instant coffee. Then i stirred in some cut up strawberries and bananas, sliced almonds, and some fiber bran cereal. With a side glass of almond milk!:) yum!

Hey everyone! Ive had a long journey when it comes to fitness, weight loss, gain, etc.

I started a fitness instagram way before i started this blog. Please follow it! My name is fitnesshealthbeauty. Notice its not "healthy" but its "health" in the username!

For those of you who dont know my journey, ive battled with a lot and got really sick through disordered eating. Ive used my passion of nutrition and working out and turned my eating disorder around to a healthy muscle building girl! Woohoo!



Screw GENETICS!

Flat butts run in my family, but i will never let that excuse keep me from getting my dream ass! Hahaha. Ive been doing more squats/resistance lately and am already seeing improvement! Just because my genes give me a disadvantage, doesnt mean there is no room for improvement! Go after what you want!
