Fishy:)

Tilapia cooked on a skillet in water, garlic, and lemon juice. Broccoli cooked in garlic, olive oil, red pepper flakes, water, and salt. And a sweet potatoe:) i also sprayed fat free spray butter on after! I threw in some scallops with the tilapia too:)

Oats and Egg Whites Pancake

Instead of my usual paleo pancake made from banana and whole eggs, today i made my pancake from 5 egg whites and 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats. I blended that with truvia, cinnamon and vanillia extract. Then i cooked it on medium heat on a skillet. I put the usual toppings on (only slightly different): Melted peanut butter (happy national peanut butter lovers day btw:)!!), strawberries, bananas, fiber cereal, sliced almonds, sugar free maple syrup, and a tbsp light whipped cream!



Rice Cake 😍

Rice cakes are great when you are trying to cut out bread! I dont cut my bread out, but i still love rice cakes!!

I topped mine with peanut butter, sugar free maple syrup and fat free spray butter!

Quinoa, chicken breast, broccoli:)

Quinoa cooked in chicken broth, broccoli in garlic and oliveoil and red pepper flakes, and baked chicken breast with salsa! :)

PB Banana Heaven

Whole wheat bread with peanut butter and sliced banana and sugar free maple syrup:). I toast it so the peanut butter gets all melty! Then i dip it in unsweetened almond milk:)

Rest Is Needed!

I have been doing a lot more resistance lately, hoping to gain more curves! Ive been eating a lot of protein and health fats and complex carbs!







Greek Yogurt Breakfast

I love breakfast! Its my favorite meal of the day! Anyway, greek yogurt is a great source of protein and tastes great with fruit and almonds:)

I mixed greek yogurt with cinnamon, a bit of almond milk, truvia, pure vanilla extract, and instant coffee. Then i stirred in some cut up strawberries and bananas, sliced almonds, and some fiber bran cereal. With a side glass of almond milk!:) yum!
