Oats and Egg Whites Pancake

Instead of my usual paleo pancake made from banana and whole eggs, today i made my pancake from 5 egg whites and 1/2 cup dry old fashioned oats. I blended that with truvia, cinnamon and vanillia extract. Then i cooked it on medium heat on a skillet. I put the usual toppings on (only slightly different): Melted peanut butter (happy national peanut butter lovers day btw:)!!), strawberries, bananas, fiber cereal, sliced almonds, sugar free maple syrup, and a tbsp light whipped cream!
