Greek deliciousness!!!

This is my breakfast (i had a boiled egg as well on the side). Its plain unsweetened greek yogurt, strawberries, almonds, cinnamon, and some whey protein powder. Stir and enjoy!

So im getting ready for a photoshoot...its a shoot in a fitness gym where i will be in workout gear (sports bra, spandex shorts, sweaty, fighting gloves, etc)...im lowering my carbs this week to reduce the bloatingness in my stomach. I never let myself get more than 2 weeks "unready" for a shoot. In other words, i like to keep my body in tip top shape all year round! Just a few minor adjustments to my diet 1-2 weeks before a shoot!
